Director Rupert Sanders will helm Snow White and The Huntsman for Universal: it's a new take on the classic fairy tale, the script is written by Evan Daugherty. The cast includes Kristen Stewart, Charlize Theron and Chris Hemsworth. The release date of Snow White and The Huntsman is set for June 1, 2012.

Plot:
"Based on the legendary fairy tale, 'Snow White and the Hunstman' follows the princess after the evil queen Ravenna calls for her death, centering on the huntsman who disobeys orders and allows the fair maiden to live. The updated story will break from convention by having the huntsman mentor and train Snow White to fight off Ravenna herself."

Movie Cast:
- Kriesten Stewart in the title role as Snow White
- Chris Hemsworth as the titular huntsman
- Charlize Theron as the evil queen Ravenna

I'm really impatient to see how the movie Snow White and the Huntsman is going to turn out. With such talented cast, there's indeed hope for a great movie.
